SPHINX

1. This is a team event.
2. Prizes worth 10k.
3. Venue: EC BLOCK(Seminar Hall 4)
4. A team can have a maximum of 4 and a minimum iof 3 members.
5. The event has 4 sections/parts and the participants has to complete one section to move on to the next one.
6. If the task(s) at one section is not successfully completed, points will be deducted from the team.
7. The winner will be the team who finshes all tasks first.(bases on time taken)
8. Registration Fee:- Rs.250 per teams
1. Use of the internet and computing devices like the calcualtor are allowed.
2.In case of a tie among teams , perfomance in the various tasks will be taken into consideration and a winner will be chosen.
3.Use of Smartphone flashlights for getting through the maze is not allowed and doing so will result in the team being knocked out.
4. If a task is not completed successfully and the team members wish to skip a task, an amount of time will be added to the total time taken by the team ,this time would be that longest time taken among all teams

* Participation is limited to 5 branches, namely Electrical and Electronic, Electronics and communication ,computer science, civil engineering, Mechanical engineering
* Individual participation only
* Number of students promoted from a particular branch is limited(almost same for all)
* Marks obtained for the participants in all the three rounds is considerd to decide the winner
* All decisions regarding the event will be finalized by the event head.
* Total prize money : 25k

Logica

LOGICA let’s you showcase your technical and logical reasoning skills. LOGICA concentrate to bring out your ability and intelligence in the field of basic electronics. There will be 4 rounds , each with certain difficulty levels. For the first 3 rounds there will be elimination based on the team’s performance. The final one will be a knockout round.
1. Each teams will comprise a maximum of 4 members.
2. Electronics gadgets are not allowed(calculator,mobiles,etc..)
3. No need to bring any components ( everything will be provided).
4. Each round will have time limits.
5. Any kind of cheating, if found will be seriously dealt with.
6. All decisions regarding the competition will be finalized by the event heads.
7. All participants must carry a valid ID card.
First prize = 5000 /-
Second prize = 2000 /-
